The Problem

AllerVie Health needed a website that could support its growth and the complexity of managing 120+ locations. Their existing digital presence made it difficult for patients to find the right location, book appointments seamlessly, and access telehealth services.

Without an optimized system, their team struggled to track patient interactions, optimize marketing efforts, and maintain a consistent brand experience across all locations. They needed a scalable solution that would simplify patient access, integrate essential tools like call tracking and online scheduling, and provide actionable insights to improve the patient journey—all while ensuring HIPAA compliance.

The Solution

During the initial redesign, we focused on boosting functionality and scalability, starting with a robust multi-location integration that allows patients to easily find and schedule appointments at any of AllerVie’s 120+ locations.

We also incorporated advanced online scheduling tools, seamless call tracking, and integrated telemedicine (“telehealth”) features, ensuring patients could access care from anywhere. 


By integrating third-party tools such as Google Analytics, we empowered AllerVie’s internal teams to optimize the patient journey and continually improve patient experience while remaining accessible and HIPAA compliant.

These key functionalities were designed not only to enhance patient experiences but also to position AllerVie as a leader in accessible healthcare.
